Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. In such cases, the return process must be followed.

To raise a request, please email us at within 7 days of receiving the product.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all tags, labels, and packaging intact

We reserve the right to decline any return if the product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering.


Return & Exchange Guidelines

We maintain a NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE policy for all orders, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or has a genuine manufacturing defect.

Every product is carefully inspected and packed to meet our quality standards. However, if an issue arises, we are happy to assist.


When Is a Return or Exchange Accepted?

A return or exchange request will be approved only if:

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect

  • The product was damaged during transit

Please make sure to capture clear photos or videos immediately after opening the package as proof.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Write to us atย within 7 days of delivery

  2. Share the following details:

    • Order ID

    • Delivery address

    • Reason for request

    • Photos/videos of the issue

  3. After review and approval, we will arrange a pickup from your location

  4. Ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging with labels

  5. Once received, our team will inspect the item to confirm eligibility


Refunds & Exchanges

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment source

  • For COD orders, refunds will be provided as store credit

  • Exchanges are offered for the same product, subject to availability

  • If the product is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead
