Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. In such cases, the return process must be followed.

We maintain a NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE policy for all orders, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or has a genuine manufacturing defect.
Every product is carefully inspected and packed to meet our quality standards. However, if an issue arises, we are happy to assist.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment source

For COD orders, refunds will be provided as store credit

Exchanges are offered for the same product, subject to availability

If the product is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead
